• Leave request — teacher applies for personal leave; you approve / reject.
• Result release — teacher requests to release class results; you review & release.
• Critical field change — teacher submitted a Name / DOB / Aadhaar change for a student. You see the old vs new + proof document; approve / reject.
• Admission draft — teacher started an admission, needs principal approval to finalise.
