Assign transport to a student

Single canonical path — from the student profile.

1. Open student profile → Transport tab.
2. Tap Assign Transport.
3. Pick vehicle, boarding stop, transport fee structure.
4. Tap Assign. Transport-fee installments are generated and added to the student's fees.
